Always On and Loving It

Most of us decide to put our careers in low gear when we have young kids. But entrepreneur Mirelle Lévesque, mother of twin toddlers, isn't an ordinary working mom. She's on a mission to pack each day with as much joy and happiness as humanly possible.

While her two boys and spouse have allowed her to fulfill her dreams of a family, Mirelle continues to pursue her many creative passions every waking moment. A gifted photographer, graphic designer, web designer and business analyst, in 2010 Mirelle fused her design talents to create Peelingart.com, an online company that takes your photos, artwork, or logo and turns them into repositionable or semi-permanent peel and stick wall, window, floor, door decals or murales.

And, incredible as it sounds, Mirelle still finds time for her two other passions: playing hockey and volunteering as a coach with Nourri-Lait an organization that helps mothers who wish to breastfeed. She also take time to frequently visit her mother who is in a long-term facility with frontal lobe dementia.

Grinning Mirelle says, "I'm always connected with my smart phone and wireless home network. It is amazing what you can do during nap time and between 10 pm and 2 am. I love what I do so I don't see it as a chore. My work energizes me."
